WACA has long appreciated that many people don't want to publicly ask questions, express doubt or share their enthusiasm for their experiences in the industry. It is also clear that if we want to know where the heart of the industry is, we have to find a way to listen. In a pilot effort that we hope is only the first, we sent a link to participate in an anonymous survey to our entire database - members and non-members alike. Setting aside some wonky information about whether or not people want to receive emails, here is what we heard.
